Do you drive an EV and want a simple charging solution without having to use multiple apps? There’s a convenient solution! Qelo monthly subscription plans offer benefits designed around your needs, with the Qelo RFID card at the heart of the experience, giving you one simple way to access charging.
As a Qelo Subscriber you get access to the Qelo App and a Qelo RFID card, allowing you to charge your vehicle at Qelo charging stations as well as at charging stations operated by other providers through roaming. All your charging sessions are combined into a monthly invoice.
Once you have completed the registration form, our team will review the information provided and activate your account. The card can be issued to either an individual or a company. For more information about roaming options, visit the Roaming section.
All Qelo subscription plans come with no long-term commitment, so you are free to choose and change your tariff as your needs evolve. You can find more information about Qelo tariffs on our price list.
How to use your Qelo card

Plug your vehicle into the charging station.

Tap your Qelo RFID card on the card reader to start charging.

During the charging session, you can monitor your charging data on the station’s display.

To end the charging session, tap your Qelo RFID card on the reader again.

Once charging is complete, unplug the cable and free up the charging spot for another user.
The Qelo mobile app is primarily designed for Qelo subscribers to find available charging stations and check prices at roaming partner stations. You can also use the app to view your charging costs, tariff and charging history.
For starting and ending charging sessions, we recommend using the Qelo RFID card provided during registration. While the mobile app can also be used to start and stop charging, interoperability between different charging systems and equipment providers means that this process may occasionally be affected by the quality of the data connection or other technical factors.
