Qelo Guest – AD-HOC Tariff
Would you like to use a Qelo charging station on the spot and charge your electric vehicle? As a Qelo Guest, you can enjoy one-time charging sessions with the AD-HOC tariff.
After completing a simple registration in the Qelo app, you can easily check charger availability. Charging is initiated by scanning the QR code displayed on the Qelo charger.
Everything you need is available through the app, including starting and stopping charging sessions and paying by credit or debit card according to the AD-HOC tariff.
Qelo Subscriber – GO! DRIVE! FLY!
Qelo’s monthly subscription offers a range of plans designed to meet different user needs. Choose the one that suits you best and enjoy a simple and convenient charging experience.
The prices listed under the GO, DRIVE, and FLY plans apply exclusively to charging sessions carried out at Qelo charging stations through the Qelo service.
With the Qelo card and mobile app, you can also use charging stations operated by other service providers through roaming, with all charging sessions conveniently consolidated into a single monthly invoice. More information can be found in the “Roaming” section.
Qelo subscription plans come with no contractual obligation, and you can change your plan at any time according to your needs. If you are unsure which option suits you best, try our GO tariff, which comes with no monthly subscription fee.
Invoices can be issued as business invoices if company details are provided during registration. All invoices are sent electronically, and upon request, can also be delivered in paper form.
