For fast and easy payment by bank card, please register through the Qelo app and select the Ad-Hoc tariff under the Contracts section. Activation of the Ad-Hoc tariff is only possible through self-registration via the Qelo app.
You can apply for membership by form or mail to we.care@qelo.eu and we will validate your personal or company data and provide your confidential login credentials which will enable you to use the app in its full functionality. Contat us! Customers who want to use the monthly invoice payment option cannot complete the onboarding process through the mobile application!
The Qelo App will let you locate available chargers, check your tariff plan, monthly costs and usage history. It will also enable you to start, stop and monitor most charging processes, but we do advise to always carry with you Qelo RFID card as well. Due to the complexity and possible delays in data exchange protocols, it might provide more reliability and faster responses when commencing or terminating charging processes.
