Need to charge your EV and you found yourself at a Qelo charging station? As a Qelo Guest, you can use our AD-HOC tariff for one-time charging and pay by bank card.

Simply register your account in the Qelo App, add your preferred payment method for individual charging sessions, and you're ready to charge. Use the app to check charger availability, then plug in your vehicle and scan the QR code on the charger to start your session. Everything from starting and stopping your charging session to payment is handled directly in the Qelo app.

How to charge your EV as a Qelo Guest?

• Register an account in the Qelo App.

• Go to “Contracts” and add a payment card.

• Plug Qelo charger into your EV.

• Scan the QR code on the charger using the Qelo app to start charging.

• End the charging session in the app when you're ready.

• Your charging session will be paid for using your selected bank card.
