Qelo eMSP service is currently only postpaid for drivers with a valid contract.
For all other use cases driver can use either ad-hoc community payment from ChargePoint or roaming services from major eMSP providers like Plugsurfing, Electroverse, mobility+ from EnBW, MVM TöltőPont, VW Elli, Shell Recharge, Liikennevirta Oy…
We are actively working on expanding and improving our services, including enabling one-time payments for charging sessions, as well as allowing user registration from outside of Croatia but within the EU.
